Myers Asphalt specializes in the paving of residential subdivisions, commercial businesses, and City County and State road paving projects. Some examples of our projects are as follows:

Lowes Parking Lot - Lakeland and Brandon, FL

Brand new stores, provided 1 inch and 1 inch of asphalt for the Lowes Store and parking lot

Grandefield Subdivision - Lakeland, FL

Paved the subdivision road, a nature walking path and a leveling course offsite for storm water drainage.

Central Primary Care - Lakeland, FL

Small Commercial Business. Widened and resurfaced the parking lot on a Saturday morning. Arranged for striping on Sunday afternoon, and the lot was ready for business Monday morning. No lost time for the business.

City of Bartow - Bartow, FL

Myers Asphalt holds the roadway resurfacing contract for the City of Bartow. It provides the annual maintenance of all streets in Bartow. We also provided the runway apron for the Bartow Municipal Airport leading to the Terminal.

St. Charles Plaza - Haines City, FL

Brand new parking housing Publix and various other commercial storefronts. Paved parking lot with 1-1/2 inches of asphalt and completed the widening and top of Holly Hill Rd. adjacent to St. Charles Plaza providing an entryway.
